Dinner time!

One of my current favorite quick dinners is salmon burgers. Last time we went to Costco I just got a thing of salmon patties and now I have a quick seriously take 10 minutes to make dinner. If you're doing it the least healthy way (my way!) you fry each side for 3-4 min in a little bit of oil. Now while those are going you cut up some tomatoes, rinse the lettuce, cut up some red onion and mix some mayo with some pesto if you've got it (if not mayo and Dijon mustard go really well too). You put the patties on a plate with paper towels to drain and then toast the buns in the left over oil (dump some out if there's a lot) and then you're ready to go!

Seriously 10 minutes total, and they're salmon, so it's a little healthier right???? : ) Soooo good! Go try!
