Pesto Pizza

Wanna know how to make this uber easy and not very attractive but oh so tasty pizza?
Cause I'll tell you. It's one of my quick meals actually. I take about 30 min total, that's including making the dough. Why? Cause I use cheats of course!
Jarred pesto, add water pizza crust (permanently .99 at my grocery store=in love!), some tomatoes, skim mozzarella, and a little bit of Parmesan (the good stuff if you have it on hand). You start with the crust, mix in the water and let it sit a bit. While it sits, you cut up your tomatoes and start slicing the queso (cheese). You then knead out the dough (I do it on a silpat so I just lift the whole thing onto my pan) and you can try and make it look pretty, I'm more of it's what's on the inside that counts kind of person as evidenced by my earlier photo ; ) Put down some pesto (I put too much on this one so it was a bit soggy, with pizza sauce, you never need as much as you think), then mozzarella, tomatoes and sprinkle a bit of parmesan on top. Bake for about 8-12 min depending on how crispy you like it!
Quick and easy as well as tasty!
