Anyways Sunday I made these awesomely easy cupcakes. I got the idea from Rachel Ray. You take a white cake mix and instead of using water, you use apple cider. I added an extra few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg to the mix and they turned out perfectly light and cinnamon-y. Then I made some cream cheese frosting and added a little more cinnamon and nutmeg. They are so easy and I love how fall-y they taste. Yum yum!
