Halloween

Here's the token Halloweeny post. To celebrate our Halloween after I had a therapy session, Dan worked on his thesis and a quick but failed trip to Target to figure out costumes, we went to our ward Halloween par-tay! There we saw many creative costumes, one of our favorite was...
a New York cab driver : ) too cute for words huh? Some other favorites were the N train, a family made up of Princess Peach, Mario and a baby mushroom, and two kids dressed as Calvin and Hobbes (which I personally loved because my fam bamily was obsessed with those comics when I was little).
This is the only picture of us. I was a run away bride wearing running stuff and my veil (you can see a small corner of it) and Dan was a NY tourist. Lame costumes we know, but we're not that creative when it comes to costumes and it was last minute.
We helped clean up afterwards so we could do dinner and watch the Yankee game with 2 other couples, one of which is on the activities committee. Dan had a super bueno time using the gargantuan vacuum and felt incredibly manly. Maybe if we got one like that he'd want to vacuum for me all the time?
Now you know it's the day after Halloween when you come home from church and break your fast with a pile of chocolate. Sugar high anyone?
And the sugar low...

: )

Happy Halloween!
