So a goal of mine this year is to develop the skill to explain my religious beliefs more easily. I get tongue tied sometimes when I try and explain the gospel and all the it entails, and I have a hard time clearly and concisely explaining things. All of those emotions get wrapped up and I've never taught the gospel in an organized setting. I've been learning about it my whole life, but learning and teaching are two very different skill sets. And teaching is one I definitely want to have under my belt so I can better share my beliefs with those around me and so I can eventually teach my children whenever they come along.
I found these little videos on you tube which so clearly explain my beliefs. I thought this would be a good first video as it explains what the Book of Mormon is and what it has to do with the LDS religion.
Mormon.org is a website designed for those with questions about the LDS faith. It's very simply to use and answers all of the basic questions and more. It's a great resource if you want to know more!
